War isn’t just between countries…

War is anything that creates division and thrives in separation.

War is where we abuse another and ourselves with our words and mistreatment.

It’s where we abandon, reject, and betray ourselves and one another.

War ends where peace begins.

The more we individually hold the frequencies of peace, love, harmony with each other without sinking into anger, aggression, and fear, the more that has a ripple effect on the collective energy which can influence and change the course of history.
