Religion itself as a construct is all about control and has been for centuries.

True church is community. True church is a coming together and sharing of love in honor of the interconnectedness of all. Church is your inner sanctuary, the sacred space of connection to God within yourself.

Religion is restriction, telling you how to think and act and be, adding more separation between you and God.

Spirituality is the personal practice of your own divine truth. In spirituality, there is only expansion.

Spirituality can be part of religion but religion restricts spirituality.

Religion is control. Spirituality is freedom.
