Invest in Yourself
Throughout our lifetime, we may have been asked to neglect ourselves and sacrifice ourselves for others, such as children, relationships, family, work or career. But more and more, we're shown that neglecting ourselves depletes our energy so that we cannot be there for those relationships and experiences that are important to us and that help us live a fruitful life.
When you invest in yourself, you're creating a strong, secure, and stable foundation from which you can draw on for those life experiences.
Investing in yourself helps you to nurture and form more intimate bonds, makes your work more fulfilling and allows you to more mindfully be of loving service to others, and connects you more deeply to the world and the Universe as a whole.
This is because when you invest in yourself, you're getting to know yourself on a deeper, more intimate level. To know yourself on the soul level and to explore deeper and deeper still is to strengthen your connection to all.
So how are you investing in yourself?
How are you taking care of your physical body and appearance, which has an impact on how you think about and see yourself?
What are you allowing your mind to consume on a daily basis--are you tuning into the frequency of fear, doubt, lack, and victim and self-sacrificing mentality? Or are you attuned to the highest frequency of love, respect, compassion, forgiveness, and healthy boundaries?
How are you investing in your self-growth? What are you reading, watching, and participating in that nurtures higher awareness and wisdom? Are you open and receiving opportunities that the Universe is bringing to you such as courses, books, and relationships to help you grow? Or are you in resistance and blocking your own potential?
Throughout my ascension journey, I've been open to receiving guidance from the Universe, allowing myself to be intuitively directed to the resources I need that will help me continue to grow in my understanding of myself and my connection to God Source. Sometimes it's a simple line in a book or a free webinar that helps me find new clarity and level-up, and sometimes it's investing in a course or healing session to remove resistance and blockages. Other times, it's self-care with a haircut or a bath or a nice $5 skirt found at the Goodwill that makes me feel confident, strong, and sensual.
Many times, it's allowing myself to open and connect deeply with soul family whose personal experiences help me understand and grow in my own.
Investing in yourself doesn't have to be hard and it doesn't have to take a lot of financial resources.
It's about believing in yourself and your highest potential and allowing yourself to grow to reach the best version of yourself.
And it's about trusting the Universe to support you and show you the way.
How do you invest in yourself?
