Choose Love, Create Change

When we choose love, we create change.

The way we treat ourselves and choose to experience our lives has a ripple effect on the world. We don't have to do much more than love ourselves to see the positive changes that makes in our environment and our personal experiences.

So let's begin there...

Let's choose gratitude instead of competition, self-acceptance instead of self-loathing, treating ourselves kindly and gently and with words of love instead of admonishment and resentment.

Let's choose love instead of fear.

We have the power to change the way we view ourselves, and how we view ourselves changes how we view the world, which changes the world itself piece by piece (by peace). This is where we hold personal power--through our personal choices.

When we choose love, we create change within ourselves and within the world.

Always choose love.
