Can't Wait to See How Good it Gets
Part of mindfulness is being aware of our thoughts as they come up and recognizing where those patterns might be stemming from--conditioning, trauma, collective energy?
It's not enough to just be aware of our thoughts. It's up to each individual to discern where they're coming from--if they're yours, if they're healthy or detrimental (soul versus ego), and--most importantly--how to direct or change them.
This is not only our individual responsibility, this is our self-empowerment.
We've been programmed through societal conditioning to veer towards the negative--criticism, deprication, judgement...
But what if we took back control of our minds?
What if we stopped repeating the patterns created from our negative experiences and instead leaned into trust and faith?
What if instead of worrying about all the ways something could go wrong or create repeated pain...
we started getting excited about everything that will go right?
