Be Brave A Little While Longer
Want to know a secret?
Some of the greatest milestones and most beautiful moments of my life--living in France on my own for a month, starting a business (then a second, then a third), publishing my books for the world to read, starting a YouTube channel and connecting with Spirit more intimately, surviving illness and myself, breaking down my walls and falling in love--all began with me feeling afraid.
Terrified is more like it.
My voice would shake. My hands would tremble. The butterflies in my stomach felt more like a tornado. My ego would constantly question: are you sure, are you sure, are you really, truly sure?
I was.
Because even over the echoes of fear, my heart knew what it wanted, my soul knew what it needed. And all it took was one more step towards courage to leave that fear one more step behind.
"Be brave just a little while longer," I wrote in one of my books.
I'm still no stranger to fear.
But now, whenever I'm feeling afraid, whenever I'm lacking faith, whenever I begin to question myself, I think of this.
The universe is always holding you, guiding you lovingly forward.
So be brave a little while longer.
You never know the wonderful places it's trying to lead you.
